운영자와 문의

기기에만 저장되는 정보

배변 모양·색·증상·메모, 식사 답변·알레르기·음식 선호는 기록과 음식 아이디어 제공을 위해 기기에 저장합니다. 이 상세 정보는 서버·친구·분석 서비스로 보내지 않습니다. 사진은 선택적으로 촬영하며 기기 내에서 확인한 뒤 기록 완료·화면 종료 시 삭제합니다. 비정상 종료 시 남은 임시 사진은 다음 실행 때 정리합니다. 사진을 모델 학습에 수집하지 않습니다.

로그인과 서버 저장

로그인은 선택입니다. Apple·Google 계정 식별자와 제공된 이메일, 닉네임, 배변 시각·동기화 버전·삭제 표시, 친구 관계·공유·알림 설정, 직접 보낸 응원·소식과 신고 정보를 처리합니다. 배변 시각·횟수는 건강 관련 정보입니다. 로그인 계정의 기록은 시간과 횟수만 서버와 동기화하며 다른 기기에 상세 모양·색·메모는 복원되지 않습니다. 게스트 기록은 직접 가져오기를 선택해야 계정으로 이동합니다.

친구 공유와 알림

친구가 되더라도 횟수 공유는 기본으로 꺼져 있습니다. 별도로 켜면 해당 친구에게 오늘·이번 주 횟수와 응원 가능 여부가 보입니다. 직접 보낸 소식은 선택한 친구의 알림함에 전달됩니다. 푸시를 켜면 기기 푸시 토큰과 언어를 저장하고 Expo 및 Apple 알림 서비스를 통해 템플릿 메시지를 전달합니다. 잠금 화면 내용 숨기기·조용한 시간·수신 해제는 설정에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.

선택적 사용 통계

사용 통계는 기본으로 꺼져 있습니다. 동의한 경우에만 PostHog로 온보딩·기능 진입 이벤트와 세션별 임의 식별자·플랫폼 정보를 보냅니다. 사진·배변 시각·모양·색·증상·메모·이메일·계정 ID는 보내지 않습니다. 광고, 화면 녹화, 자동 클릭 수집은 사용하지 않습니다. 설정에서 끄면 이후 전송을 중단합니다. 서비스 제공자는 통신 과정에서 IP 등 운영 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다.

처리 위탁과 국외 처리

Supabase(계정·DB·서버 함수, 서울 리전)를 사용합니다. 푸시는 Expo·Apple, 로그인은 선택한 Apple·Google, 동의한 통계는 미국 PostHog Cloud를 사용합니다. 운영·지원 과정에서는 각 제공자의 소재 국가에서 일부 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 서비스 제공 목적이며 판매하거나 맞춤형 광고에 사용하지 않습니다. 선택적 통계와 푸시는 거부해도 기기 기록을 사용할 수 있습니다.

보관과 삭제

로컬 정보는 직접 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. 계정 정보와 서버 시간 기록·친구 관계는 계정 유지에 필요한 동안 보관하며 설정 → 프로필과 계정 → 계정 삭제에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. Apple 가입자는 삭제 때 Apple 연결도 해제합니다. 기기 데이터 지우기만으로 서버 계정은 삭제되지 않습니다. 개별 기록 삭제는 서버 동기화 후 반영되며 동기화 충돌 방지용 삭제 표시가 계정 삭제 전까지 남을 수 있습니다. 삭제한 정보가 이미 전달된 친구의 알림이나 제공자 운영 로그에서 즉시 회수되지는 않습니다.

권리 행사와 문의

기기 기록 수정·삭제, 친구 공유 철회, 분석 동의 철회, 푸시 해제 및 계정 삭제를 앱에서 할 수 있습니다. 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지 등 요청은 문의 이메일로 보내주세요. 본인 확인에 필요한 최소 정보만 요청하며, 사진·상세 건강 기록·비밀번호를 이메일로 보내지 마세요. 문의 내용은 답변과 처리에 필요한 동안만 사용합니다.

보호와 변경 안내

서버 통신에는 HTTPS를 사용하며 계정별 접근 권한을 적용합니다. 로그인 토큰은 iOS 보안 저장소에, 웹 미리보기에서는 세션 저장소에 저장합니다. 공용 기기에서는 사용 후 로그아웃하고 기기 데이터를 지워주세요. 처리 목적이나 제공자가 변경되면 이 페이지와 앱 안내를 갱신하며 필요한 경우 다시 동의를 받습니다.

Information kept on your device

Shape, color, symptoms, notes, food answers, allergies and preferences stay on your device for journaling and meal ideas. They are not sent to our server, friends or analytics. Optional photos are checked on-device and removed after saving or leaving the record screen; temporary photos left after a crash are cleaned on next launch. We do not collect photos for model training.

Sign-in and server data

Sign-in is optional. We process your Apple or Google identifier and supplied email, nickname, event times and sync metadata, friend relationships, sharing and notification settings, messages you send and reports. Bowel movement times and counts are health-related information. Only times and counts sync across devices. Guest entries move to your account only when you choose to import them.

Sharing and notifications

Count sharing is off by default, even with friends. Enabling it exposes day/week counts and encouragement eligibility to that friend. Explicitly sent updates appear in their inbox. Enabling push registers a device token and language; template notifications are delivered through Expo and Apple. You can hide lock-screen content, set quiet hours and turn off push in Settings.

Optional usage analytics

Analytics is off by default. With consent, PostHog receives onboarding and feature-entry events, a random session identifier and platform information. We do not send photos, event times, shapes, colors, symptoms, notes, email or account IDs. There are no ads, session recordings or automatic click capture. Turning it off stops future events. Providers may process IP addresses in operational network logs.

Service providers and international processing

We use Supabase for accounts, the database and server functions in the Seoul region; Expo and Apple for push; Apple or Google for your chosen sign-in; and US PostHog Cloud for opted-in analytics. Operational/support processing may occur in providers’ countries. Data is used to provide the service, not sold or used for targeted advertising. Local journaling works without analytics or push consent.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you clear it or uninstall. Account data, synced times and relationships remain while needed for your account. Delete them in Settings → Profile & account → Delete account. Apple authorization is revoked during Apple account deletion. Clearing local data does not delete your server account. Entry deletion syncs to the server; a deletion marker may remain until account deletion to prevent sync conflicts. Delivered notifications and providers’ operational logs may not be immediately retractable.

Your choices and requests

You can edit/delete entries, stop sharing, withdraw analytics consent, disable push and delete your account in the app. Contact us for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests. We request only the minimum information needed to verify ownership. Do not email photos, detailed health records or passwords. Support messages are used only as needed to handle your request.

Protection and policy updates

We use HTTPS and account-scoped server access. Login tokens are kept in iOS secure storage, or session storage in the web preview. Sign out and clear local data on shared devices. Changes to processing purposes or providers will be reflected here and in the app, with renewed consent where required.
